Anurag spent years inside large technology organisations before building his own. At Oracle India he worked as a NoSQL developer on complex enterprise database systems, then managed products across multiple software ventures where he discovered that the gap between what engineers build and what customers understand is almost always a communication problem. That insight became IC Solutions and the foundation Swann Technology is built on.

Swaroop is the person who figures out how the architecture should work, and then builds it. After Acharya Institutes, he joined Amazon as an AI Associate, gaining deep exposure to how enterprises attempt machine learning at scale and where they consistently fail. That pattern repeated at Bion Analytix and Arvira Solutions: good ideas on infrastructure that could not support production scale. He specialises in closing that exact gap.
